INTEGRALE VESTITO CHANNEL - The death of Formula One triple world champion Ayrton Senna, on May 1, 1994, resulted from a crash that occurred while he was leading the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Italy. The accidents of Senna and Roland Ratzenberger (the previous day) were the first fatal accidents in Formula One in eight years, and were the worst of several accidents to take place during the race meeting.

There have been many attempted explanations for the cause of his death, but no consensus has been reached. His death was a turning point in the safety of Formula One, as many safety measures have since been implemented. The Grand Prix Drivers' Association was reformed later in 1994, and the association has contributed to these changes.

  • @chubbz5150ify How can you say it was an accident waiting to happen, when you admit you haven't watched races prior to Senna's death? You seismic seconds fans are way off everything. So you seriously believe F1 cars generate downforce by suction? And you really have not seen the many great years with sparks and not a singleproblem? And you truly believe someone correcting a supposed oversteer in "a split seconds" would watch themselves going towards a wall for nearly 1.5 secs and do nothing?

  • This is bullshit. Fake. Made by willimas f1 team.

  • He died on the 7th lap, wow, if you believe in God, then you know that the number 7 is a holy number. Do you think that is coincidence?

  • This crippled fool of Frank Williams gave Senna a worthless racing car and was pressing hard on him to win races, but when the time came to take responsibility of his driver's death, this coward was quick to wash his hands by giving the most stupid explanation, which "incredibly" was accepted by the court.

  • I honestly believe that the Williams Team should have admitted their entire fault for this accident. What they managed to prove in court was an insult to the intelligence of F1 fans.

  • @rmachayes Physically - from a scientific perspective that is - all relevant factors combined to bottom out the car, stress/snap the column, and eliminate any control of the vehicle: It also seems that he braced for the impact by forcing his head away from the direction of a certain impact - which was instinctual: just my opinion

  • @BadazzShovelhead The only way you crash at the tamburello is when something goes wrong with the car. Driver error is not an alternative.

  • @NOXXism I didn't even remotely come close to saying driver error. Are you saying if it wasn't a conspiracy the only alternative is driver error?

  • @tzontzon1996 Thank you :)

  • @alexcoates11 Seismic Seconds..

  • What was the documentry called?
