  • I prefer just gin and tonic

  • what is quinide

and who the hell as liquid nitrogen

even how many bars has that shit

    this recipe

    epic fail

  • Not to fast my friend, slow down lol :-)

  • have a slight problem with the 12 second thing... cut up limes.... mix with the aguar...let set... stir... squeeze through 4 sheets of cheese cloth... lot of that hanging round my kitchen.... add quinine...which is probably illegal to sell on its own...where do i get that ...seems like a real chore... when I need a quick gin & tonic... i will just open a can of shweppes tonic water....

  • is he a bar mate or chef?? he looks like a cook

  • Wait... hold on a second here...

sugar water (simple syrup) in a G&T?.... this seems like many who enjoy a normal g&t aren't going to really find this appealing...

And (Sorry, just felt I needed to point this out) as awesome as this and many other of the recipes you've mentioned sound to make and the show/taste might be awesome: it's not something you can easily whip out without (from the looks of it) quite a bit of prep ahead of time.

  • This is so incredibly complicated I don't even know if its really gin and tonic anymore. In fact, you probably actually need a medical license to serve actual quinine.

  • This is so amazing!!! I would love to taste it. About how much LN2 do use?
