  • leave cleaning to professionals: consult a qualified conservator-restorer.

    BEFORE dusting please check if its safe to do so! avoid dusting if detached paint (flaking paint) is noticed. AVOID bread. it will leave unwanted residues. there are synthetic (safer) cleaning products. Still, if you care for your artwork and would not like to risk your valuable painting, consult a qualified paintings conservator-restorer.

  • I used the bread and their are ants all over my painting!
