  • Geisha's aren't prostitutes at all, during some war or another(not very good with my history lol) many japanese women would dress up in traditional Geisha dress and sell their bodies to soldiers. Before Geisha's were supposed to be women that were like walking art, they would know many dances, play instruments, and be educated in conversation. :) Love this look

  • Aw lol you look so cute and Asian! xD this look is actually more Chinese cuz of the shirt and hair. I know cuz I wear a red and gold shirt and have a similar hairstyle for Chinese New Year xD

  • yes this look is more chinese than japanese geisha. nonthless you look cute!!

  • I tried to find the blog post for this look but couldn't find it. Anyone know it? I want a list of the products used for this.

  • I hate how colors never show up the real colors in videos >.>

  • Def a more chinese inspired look because of the clothes and make up. The make up looks more like from chinese operas.

  • Love kandee

  • Awesome...:)

  • 1) Geisha are japanese artists, not prostitutes

    2) This MakeUp/Outfit is Chinese, not Japanese.... ^__^

  • i realy like you :) <3

  • @Raindragon95 Thats what I keep telling people. I hate it when they say Geisha are prostitues.

  • I used this for my halloween makeup this year- I did it in turquoise. I don't have cream shadows, so I dipped my brush in water & then the shadow & it worked really great. Oh, and since I really don't have any good SOLID liquid eyeliner & was wanting something waterproof, I used my eyeliner brush & some waterproof mascara to do all the black. My eye makeup was still perfect this morning (even the top of the lower lid). Gross, I know, but I was in no condition to wash my face when I got home :-)
