@Claquizzal No. The idea that the internet would be a FREE place regardless as to American involvement is extremely ignorant. Russia was the only country doing the level of research necessary to create the internet on a timescale where it would have been as advanced as it currently is now, and they would have locked it down completely - in line with the entirety of Russian governmental culture for the last 70 years. Also, they don't like Ukrainians They wouldn't allow UKRNs to show their talent.
