All you need is 3 cups of whole Almonds (unsalted), 1/4 cup corn syrup, 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons curry powder, 1 teaspoon cayenne, 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons coarse salt. Mix together the spices, salt, corn syrup and water and bring to a boil on the stove top. Spread evenly on a baking sheet on top of parchment paper and bake at 275 for one hour. Flip the almonds 3 times every 20 minutes. Let cool for an hour before packaging.
