Trailer for a new film from Mary's Dowry Productions on the life and Martyrdom for the Catholic Faith in England of Cardinal John Fisher. In the world he was a Bishop in the Catholic Church in England and he refused to acknowledge any other head of the Church other than the successor of Saint Peter, the Pope. When the English Monarch made it law to acknowledge King Henry VIII as the head of the Church in England, thus apostatising from the Church, Bishop John Fisher was the only Bishop in England to refuse. For this he was incarcerated in the infamous Tower of London. The Pope made Bishop John Fisher a Cardinal of England and King Henry VIII established his own Church of England. On 22nd June 1535 Cardinal Fisher was beheaded for the Catholic Faith - his life and witness is presented in a new film from Mary's Dowry Productions. Mary's Dowry Productions is a Catholic Film Production in England, UK. For more information visit www.marysdowryproductions.org
