The ballpark is pretty cool but the downtown is still dilapidated. With all the commercial construction going on in the northside of town I just don't how downtown can compete and come back.

I miss home. I have been in the Army for 11 years. I like to visit but when I retire I wil reitre in WA. I am just glad that the police are finally getting the funding to clean the streets of all the wannabe gangs in the city

The stadium was built in a very short time. I remember reading about the plans back in 2003 and about two years later, It was ready to open for a soccer/hockey game
