hello i have window vista, i got some removeable usb chips, and i cant use it, before i put some song on it, i want to put some more, and it's just not opening, it's has to format, and when i clik format , it's doing it, but can't finished , because unable do it. do you know about that anything? what can i do, please write to me if you know the answer. thank you'
