Synopsis: Police commissioner Suryadeo Singh believes in the righteous observance of law and his career is marked with ruthless punishment meted out to the criminals. His dedication to his duty is scorned by his enemies who plot to avenge themselves by abducting his only weakness his grand daughter Kajal. Sensing the imminent trouble, Suryadeo hires a skilled weapon expert Karan to protect Kajal. Kajal falls head over heels in love with Karan and the latter despite his attempts to maintain a distance finds himself drawn to her charms. While the innocent Kajal rejoices in her new found love little does she know that Karan is an assassin hired by her grandfathers foes to kill her!
