aggy, this video was my motivation a little over a year ago..ive seen all your videos, and thanks to your help i had lost 40 lbs. idk why i didnt think to write to u sooner! anyway, i thought of u again, cause i hit a major slump and gained almost all of it back. and its taken a MAJOR toll on my life. i just wanted to say thank u for posting all of these and taking it so seriously, u have helped soo many ppl. and hopefully i will find the determination again to finally hit the goal that i set!

@melavia24 Awww thanks so much!!!! It makes me feel great to know that I am helping others, I know how tough it can be on some days but you just HAVE to keep pushing! Never give up! Look how long it took me, almost 5 years to lose all that weight but I couldn't be happier with where I am now :) Best of luck & KEEP PUSHING!!!!!!!

This is probably the best transformation i've seen on youtube, i didn't know something like this was even possible. Getting from from 250 to 180 lbs is very hard, but form 205 to 130 is unbelievable..

Again, nice job!! I can't believe the before photos, not even the same girl!!! LOL i had the opposite problem: I was too skinny!! Yup, no one ever talks about that problem, but I was 5 feet 9 and 117 when I was 18. I looked like a walking skeleton! They called me pirate bones and I gob my balls busted often, so don't think you being fat is the only way to get bullied and harrassed. U done good gurl! U look freekin incredible,
