Passage of Time

Dimitrij Jermolajev explores the relationship between memory and the passage of time, and the relation to the idea of collapsed time and space; the concept of memory in relation to photography, created or found images.

Other concepts in this work, either suggested or investigated in a sustained manner, include imagination, dreams, desire, reality, fiction, truth, idealism and death, examined in a manner which demonstrates an understanding of the relation between idea
and material realisation.

Project work by art students of the University of Bedfordshire (from courses in Fine Art, Art & Design and Digital Photography & Video Art).
