She has a wide range for a mezzo, but i think solange or keri hilson are more of coloratura mezzos than vivian. vivian is more of a spinto mezzo.

I think Vivian green is a true coloratura mezzo. I don't think this true with Beyonce's vocals at that moment, considering it has darkened and got fuller.I do believe she's eventually going to evolve into a dramatic mezzo just like whitney(once a spinto soprano)

Vivian betta damn punch. I loved her since "Emotional" Rollercoaster. Her voice is golden, & the woman SANGS life into everyone's heart. Go head Vivian, & she got a great, wide range too.

A coloratura is a mezzo singer that has a wide colorful range. Their belting is broad and holds more weight. They have extensive low notes and high notes, impressive for their vocal type.

Whitney Houston is more of a Dramatic Mezzo. She has a low range, but it's not strong. Her chest notes are the core of her vocal ability. Powerful and dramatic
Beyonce would be a coloratura mezzo. Her low notes have resonance, and she can go as high as an E6. She has a bright, agile belting range too (but not as strong as a dramatic mezzo singer would have).
