Wu-Tang (psx game) - Final boss vs. Method Man

Back in 2008, I made videos where I showed one of the hardest bosses in fighting games and that wasn't even the final boss.

I finally bring you the last boss fight in Wu-Tang: Taste the pain / Shaolin style

This one's even tougher. In my opinion, the key is to keep your distance and attack at the right moment.
When he finally decides to come at you, back off and hope that he misses you with his attack, then quickly air juggle his ass.
When he's not attacking, he's blocking, so you can basically only attack him when he's attacking you.
If you play offensively, most of the times, he will block your first attack, then kick your ass.


Also, when you get too close to him, he will throw you, that means blocking is pretty much useless. However he has this one attack where he throws the fan at you, that's the only time you should block, other times, just evade and counter.

He also uses his power-up a lot, when he gets his power-up, stay away from him at all cost, he can kill you with a single combo or throw.
When you taunt him or take a counter stance, he will wait... so if you're desperate, just keep your character in the counter stance as long as he has the power-up.

Of course you should use your power-up every chance you get, you'll do double damage, so a combo that would usually take half of his health would kill him if you have the power-up.

I guess this is the hardest fighting game boss I've seen.

Another hard boss is the boss in Dead or Alive 4.
She's really annoying, she doesn't have a lot of different moves and her throw animations take way too much time.
When she throws you, you're gonna be searching for the button that skips cinematics.... unfortunately, there's no such button.

This boss does not care if his moves look cool, they have to be fast and deadly, he doesn't waste time and will kill you the first chance he gets.

Man I got this game yesterday and its the shit. Although once I got to this mother fucker, I wanted to break my controller out of rage. I beat everyone with GZA, even Lei Gong wasnt that hard but this guy is like impossible. Kudos for beatin him man, if you have any tips on how i can beat him with GZA then dont be a stranger.

I still love the broken strategy of using method man in 1v1 fights to just use the pole vault kick(forgot what its called) and then repeatedly press x when crouching for the ultimate combo to take away one of the enemies lives
