A collection of some stuff I can do without a run.

Here's what's in the video:
Standing front x 2
Standing back x 2
Standing Tong Fei (butterfly twist) x 4
Standing back pike
One foot standing back
Standing aerial
Handstand to back handspring back full x 2
Standing back half x 3
Standing back full attempts x 2
Jump to front pike
Jump to piked front half x 2
Straddle pancake / middle split flexibility

  • Lovely! Did you used any progressions to learn the Tong Fei (Btwist)? Its one of the most graceful moves in gymnastics.

  • @hbtracer Not really. My butterfly actually isn't very good. I just started throwing the Tong Fei. It took quite a while to get it consistent though.

  • That was some seriously impressive stuff. There's a lot of power in the majority of your moves there and a standing pike back? Seriously?!

  • @madcol The standing back pike is actually pretty easy. The back half is what's hard.

    Try an Arabian instead of half twist, it may be easier to stick

  • Nice!, I'm not an expert but when you try standing full jump higher, you could easily land it :). And some of those combos we're pretty sick! :)))

  • wow how do you do that im a diver and im 8 and i can only do a standing frontflip and backflip but i have to land on a mat

  • tricking is the light

  • you should get into tricking!! u look soo tight need to loosen up
