@mctantrum Yes! it is okay. I was confused by this too. Look up 2 Chronicles 32:31. God sometimes purposely withdraws from people in order to test them. He's still there, He just makes it hard for us to hear Him. This can test your character, reveal weaknesses, and/or prepare you for more responsibility. I think the point is, there will be downpoints in your relationship with God, but you have to stick with Him and have faith that He's always there anyway!
