Is a C2 Stun Gun the best stun gun out there?

Is the C2 Taser the best stun gun in the world? I don't know, but this slick promo from Taser certainly makes a good case for it. A non lethal stun gun utilizes Neuro Muscular Interference (NMI) to incapacitate an attacker. The C2 Taser is loaded with safety features to prevent accidental discharge and an anti-felon device scattered small strips of paper with the serial number of the device on it. This helps insure that the C2 Taser is used properly. In addition, a background check is required in order to activate the device. So even if a felon got a device, they couldn't use it.
