This is the day when music was music. The music lifted and filled you with only good things. Sorry, but the music of today will never compare. These so called

You're right there. My boyfriend refers to the Tops as 'Bottle, Tank, Spinning and Brick'. He's a Temps fan, I'm a Four Tops fan. It's obviously possible to love both, but there's always going to be a first choice if you see a new Temps record and new Tops record and you've only got the cash for one.
Plug plug - I think the Temps said their new album's out 1st May? 4th May? 'Soon' at least. And man, their new stuff still has the Temps sound to it, so it might be worth it.

I've seen the both and I would vote for the
Four Topsn and Levi had to join the 4 tops to sing lead on their final song.

The Tops were some baaad boys back in the day. But they weren't quite as well known globally like the Temps were. Most people know all of the classic Temptations by name, but most people only know Levi Stubbs of the Tops. They both were dynamic groups, but no one can quite measure up to the Classic Five, Temptations!
