Hey just weighed in at 272lbs this season, his lowest weight yet. They say he's in the best shape of his life i.e. all muscle, very low fat. I personally like him at 272 because I think he's already strong enough to play effectively and any excess weight would hurt his speed and athleticism. Remember that Kareem used to play at 7'2" 225lbs pretty well for most of his career.
