the newer generation don't know good music or voices because of all this computer enhancements, which also can be used on live perfomances. thats why i really appreciate the music from the 70s and before.

Joni Mitchell was one of a kind, and in a class by herself. She had a natural, earthy type of beauty, her intelligence, her deeply personal heartfelt lyrics, her beautiful, multi octave voice, her unique and highly perfected guitar style. She was so demure, and at the same time exuded cheerful confidence. She had a complex personality, yet had a great talent and ability to express herself. Watching her perform is awesome! In retrospect, her music is as fresh and timely as it was so long ago.
