Us: Waterboarding (a practice routinely used in SEAL training), minor shocks from frayed lamp cord, human pyramids, placing Koran in toilet, wiping lipstick on detainee's faces to simulate menstral blood, forced retical of a mock version of the call to prayer.
Them: Systematic bloodletting until death, forcing parents to watch their childen eaten alive by constrictors (yes, I've seen the snake room in SE Baghdad), countless beheadings (slowly w a serated knife, I might add)...
