John,Gavin, I just have to say It's GREAT for you to do this. At 81 years old,he ONLY opens those long hours because he loves you guys. Now I see what he really means by doing it for his family,the customers. Thanks John and Gavin. Dorothy, Rays daughter, and no I don't have meat to beat. lol

we got a meat market like that here,when im in the area i go there for a freash sandwhich made the way you want it rite in front of you and good is it good thanks john for sharing i can tell you love food like i do LOL

Man, I love the small shops like that. We used to have a shop like that around here my dad took me to. It was open year round, but they retired and just closed up. Really sucks!

That Ray's shop looks really cool and Ray looks more then ok. The sandwich you made looks delicious, I try to make something like that too, I love some good sandwiches like that. Hope all is good there. Here things are kinda good for now, lets see how it continue the next months.
