You are clueless. The U.S. Supreme Court did not have constitutional authority to decide Roe v. Wade, that is Ron Paul's point. That IS constitutionalist. You provide no support for how that is non-constitutionalist. States have authority to decide the issue of abortion, not the SC. Go read Justice Scalia's dissent in Planned Parenthood v. Casey. After you learn a little, do some research on your other baseless assertions. You are still one of the asleep.

A president cannot amend the Constitution. What planet are you on? Also, Ron Paul does not want to outlaw abortion. He wants Roe v. Wade, decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, abolished. Ron Paul simply supports the Constitution. tates should be regulating abortion. The U.S. Supreme Court is legislating from the bench. I recommend you read the Constitution and some history before trying to poke a hole in Ron Paul.
