I really do think they should've left the deleted scenes in the movie untouched, especially when Gypsy called Bambi and apologized for abandoning her. This would've done wonderfully for Clive's character development. The same with Bambi's deleted scene when she showed up and told Gypsy that singers were made to sing when Gypsy was having second thoughts about going on stage.

This was a great scene. Should've kept it in the film. KenTurton and Sara Rue are just mezmerizing together. Thier chemistry throughout the whole movie is just remarkable.

I agree with popothechan's comment. I had not really listened to the dialogue due to the commentaries, but this scene gives the viewer a little more info about Clive. Unfortunately, the scene may have stalled the story a little because to me, it seemed that they still need to get to NY in a day and they're still in PA. However, this scene does give us a reason why the "Doing the Unstuck" moment would come momentarily.

Aah. Doing the Unstuck... That scene had me yelling at the tv in joy, because I love The Cure.
