@cn009 The SST also has a torque limiter applied to 1st and 2nd. These were removed from UK spec FQ330 SST models and the difference is amazing....
-
@cn009 Dude and the SST gear box itself is 46 killo heavier than the GSR, now is that fair??
-
dual clutch seems somewhat more practical than a conventional transmission.
-
@rharta especially so they show how quick the SST is..lame..i could have shifted faster in that X...
-
Crazy. They don't even use launch control in the SST, which makes a difference off the line.
-
that driver in the 5Mt shifts very stupid! so slow!
-
The Manufactor of Mitsubishi Say that if wanna race alot of times he recomended manual because he said sst will break down the transmission he said is the future not present too much recalls he said
-
short shifting...this test is screwed.

I took an MR for a drive yesterday and let me tell you it's no let down. Clutch pedal or not it's super fun. And it's hard to consider the GSR as daily driver (for me at least) without a 6th gear. 4,000 rpm freeway driving? No thanks.
From looking at the video, does it appear that the SST (2:05) has almost no fuel but the manual (1:53) has a full tank?
That would give the manual something like 35Kg disadvantage. Slightly unfair isn't it?
