My 3 year old Little League MMA contender in training @ Thump Fight Gym in Miami 2007.
I am the first and lifelong witness of this form becoming a man. My purpose is him. I am an active participant in his development, journey and destination. It's a true gift from God.
We need to know that our lives mattered. That when the time came, we had what was needed. We came through. There was something powerful about our lives.
So let me say this as clearly as I can: You, DAD, are the most powerful man in the world...at least in their world. Your children are looking to you to answer the deepest question of their lives. How you handle their hearts will shape them for the rest of their lives. NEVER FORGET that no one is as powerful as you are in the lives of your sons and daughters.

Dads spending time with their kids is a very good thing. Keep it light, keep it fun and I think not only will he thank you some day, he'll have great memories of his dad.
