how did you get the hair, wings, and hand to look all wispy and smoke like??

@ratherbereading125 it's a photoshop brush. just search "smoke brush" on deviantart. :)

Do you do everything in one layer? just wondering....

@2hopelessromantic No. I think there was 3 or 4 layers for this painting. I like to keep the subject separate from the background.

How do you do that warping thing at 0:29 ? Whenever I try to do anything like that, it always destroys the sharpness of the image...

@nekokyuuketsuki well, i work with quite a big canvas, 4000px x 5000px at 300dpi and as long you don't warp it too much, the sharpness isn't affected. also if i have to warp or resize something, i usually try to do it early on in the painting process so i can paint over the area and get it nice and crisp looking again.
