I miss this channel from when it was ava's ...i have no idea what happened (I understand she is quite busy) but instead of it just being quiet if she is busy....it is like now someone else's. I have no idea who is answering Q's now.

@planotxable Do you mean without anyone catching you or snacks that are good for you. Safe snacks to eat throughout the day that will keep your blood sugar in control and help you to not gain weight include nuts, cottage cheese, low fat greek yogurt, lean turkey burgers, etc.
