On the very edge of my screen? Thats called ICE hud, not very customisable. But I like it to better watch my mana when I am healing.

this was pretty helpful thanks. has anyone seen the new pvp bot at wowcheatsYnet (replace Y with . ) ? its incredibly cool, i have got a level 80 rogue, mage and priest with pretty much complete pvp equipment because of it!
