Hello, I tore my Medial collateral ligament on my left knee 4 months ago, im back training fully now, more so in the gym but that's only due to weather here, Also 3 years ago i had an operation to repair my right knee, the doctors say stop doing what i do...but i cant, i wont, and im still training harder than ever.Do as some people say, spend time building strength in your knees.And why you wait keep doing what your doing, the rest of your body does not need rest haha. Peace Brother.....

Two years ago I tore my PCL, and then re-aggravated the injury a few months later. It took a year before I was back, but I got so much smarter about training and rehab. I've been totally injury free since, and I'm far better than before. Thanks for sharing with us! You'll be back before you know it, but take your time. It's better to rest an extra week or two than it is to rush back and miss a month. Take care of yourself, and keep training! :)

@awakemyglory
Thanks for the comment bro ;)
I'll have my surgery tomorrow night.
And after that I'll have rehabilitation with my PT for a month or two.

why are you training before surgery wouldnt you lose the muscle during/after the healing process before you reabillitate?

@Johnyhammersticks
Not really. Its actually better to move as much as you can within the restrictions so that you can increase your range of movement.
Usually in knee meniscus tear, the rehabilitation starts before the surgery.
