Betty's "Taking a Break" + bettyskitchen Bloopers + Slide Show--NO RECIPE--

I will be taking a break from YouTube for at least 2 weeks, but will return with some great Christmas recipes for you! In this video, you can see a little bit of what goes on in bettyskitchen that you don't usually see, plus you will find a slide show of me and my family at the end of the video. During my break I will miss each and every one of you so much! But, I will be back soon! Hi Betty! New to your show and love it! The quick tip that you do for softening the brown sugar (2:17) you look like Betty Draper (January Jones) on AMC's Mad Men! You really do resemble her! I liked your Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada Recipe. I live in NM so we have 'New Mexican' food here. Chicken (or beef) Enchiladas are a staple here, but are usually made w/corn tortillas. They're great if you soften them in a little Hot Oil (using tongs), then fill, roll, cover w sauce and cheese and bake

lol ok so your human. just found your videos on here. i am receintly divorced and have my son living with me. i never cooked in my life but now i have to and admit i enjoy it. i love your receipes they are easy to make and taste delicious. thanks betty for keeping us away from mcdonalds!!
