Jonathan Bailor spent the past decade collaborating with top doctors and researchers to analyze more than 10,000 pages of academic research related to diet, exercise and weight loss. The end result is this very straightforward, simple and easy-to-read book, where Bailor bridges the gap between the academic world and the everyday world to dispel the myths, lies, and corporate sales hype that have fueled the current obesity epidemic. More than any other author in this new century, Bailor has separated scientific fact from weight loss fiction... to deliver a proven, permanent and easy-to-implement fat loss solution. Based on clinically proven research... not trendy opinions... Bailor uses biology and common sense to bring reason to the topic of diet, exercise and weight loss.

  • he's a handsome guy with nice teeth...

  • @dsjoakim35 correct, what happens is metabolism slows in previously young and thin, also we get better salaries and have more money for treats we did not knew existed. this year I am walking more, not eating the carbs and pretending I am still a poor student when at the market. be well.

  • @zmyboo yes NLP does help in changing habits. also as one ages you have more money for treats, less exercise and richer foods are affordable, I am going back to my old student habits, walk more, and pretend I do not have the money at the market. be well.

  • @PJ174 that is right do not eat the bread and do moderate walk etc. frustrating at mid life as our habits of sport naturally slow down, and we have more money to get snacks and treats we should not have or maybe never had before. you are right.

  • @littlefuzzer age does that after we stop doing whatever our sport is. it is so frustration to hit mid life and have that happen I hear ya. salad and salad and water and water. I hear ya. and walk daily. I did not used to have to work at it, and you did not either. part of being mid aged.

  • This is simply a commercial. Calories in versus calories burned does matter. This video is of no value.

  • I searched for "Harvard", and this is the first result

  • waste of time with lots of teeth skin and NO FACTS and just the talk of facts
