  • Whole grains have negative effects on your health; not a good source for fiber...try fruits and veggies.

    Todays grains are NOT the same as the grains from 10,000 years ago ... unless you are a bushman or an underdeveloped nation that hasnt been infiltrated by food production and growing technology.
