If I may ask, what are you using? And what kind of hardware are you running? That's a lot smoother than my setup, but then again, I am running MTV...

are you using multitouchvista from codeplex with the surface SDK? (if so, do you have to do anything special or just install the multitouchvista drivers/codebase?)
