Unity - Allow a user to record a call handler greeting

Allow a user to record a call handler greeting in Unity

The user must have a voice mail box reference number attached to their name (extension).
They must complete enrollment in Voice mail in unity.

Click on System Call Handlers in the the Call Management Section of Cisco Unity Connection Administration.

Navigate to the System Call Handler you want the user to be able to change.
Click edit
Click Call Handler Owners
Click ADD User
(continue to the website if believed insecure)
Search for the user.
click the check box next to their name and press add Selected user.

Make sure that undeliverablemessagesmailbox is also a call handler owner
