So is it a wrong idea to party? Don't we have the freedom to party? Is partying a crime? and if it is than we should stop all festive activities on streets, celebrations in our home and shut down all dance clubs. Dancing for me is an expression to connect, relief stress and meditate than why am I made to feel guilty to do so. When a Deejay friend, event company or a club invites me to party I feel the shivers and my feet don't move. There is one question that constantly goes through my head.... Will this party get busted ? are there drugs sold ? and how as a citizen when I don't intake drugs or alcohol can I save guard myself and yet enjoy the music and dance without the fear of being busted and going through unwanted drama that mentally drains me. Rave parties are held all across the world and I went to a few of them . They seem to get it right and organize it in a very good fashion, where one is checked at the door, the cops are told about such parties and are invited, ravers all across the world come together to enjoy music, check out talented Deejay's , dance and have a blast. Through all my years of partying across the world, not once have I undergone mental stress or the fear of being busted for no reason and yet in my own country where I am supposed to be protected , I go through stress and live in the world of fear. Stories of blood swaps, urine swaps, clean medical aid being used or not, strip check , planting drugs at a party, traps created by cops, deejay whose source of income is spinning music and are put behind bars and held criminal for playing at the party that got busted . foreign deejay's or ravers who are deported or held back while their passports are taken by the officials, event organizers put in jail because some dealer somehow smartly got through the check point with drugs and left the party stress free. Someone was spiked and got tested positive. The recent bust at Karjat rave was within its outdoor sound limits and permissions. A women 50 years old just happen to go along with her friends to experience an outdoor party and got busted for no crime or reason. Few friends went to a picnic spot and on their way stopped by the outdoor party to purely enjoy nature, music and get some food and to their bad luck were busted at the party... ...all these and more stories are shocking..... My Questions still stands loud and clear.
1) Are we allowed to Party or Not (do we have human rights to do so) ?
2) On what bases can your party be busted ?
3) If Party gets busted do officials need warrant to strip search individual (individual warrant and venue warrant?)
4) On what bases can anyone put needles up your vein without your permission?
5) How does a DJ saved guard him/herself?
6) How do event organizers save guard themselves ?
7) Once caught at the bust can one make a phone call to their family or lawyer?
I am a citizen and I want to know my rights, to save guard myself.
Not all drugs are bad.

raves are different from the regular Submerge(d) parties, they're two separate entities. It's hard to think of a rave without drugs. However cops over here think that the mainstream club parties are raves as well, when it almost always isn't. It's foolish enough that that cops can't understand that difference.
