Circumcision has unpleasant consequences for child , especially the female children.Simply it is a trauma which follows the child entire his and her life .

@f013264 Neither actually. The gypsies originate from India. They left the Indian subcontinent hundreds of years ago and travelled all the way to Europe. Look up Romani in Wikipedia.
