@Vineon c'mon guy get real.. i don't care if you have team canada in front of you, you still have to make saves, a goalies job is not easy no matter what team he is on, and winning 4 stanley cups is not easy no matter what team is in front of you... you still play more games and have to make more high pressure saves than any other goalie in the league, grant fuhr earned his respect.

@13maxmom the fact is.. Roy was a good fighter, not sure where you were for his era.. and yes had to much respect and dedication to his team mates to not get involved when shit hit the fan. Hextall was a legend, although dirty, he could fight like crazzzyyy... Fuhr, kinda like Brodeur now is too dedicated to jus playin respectful hockey and his position, not hurting himself, and all that kinda razz-ma-jazz that keeps goalies from fighting, very respectable guy was Fuhr

@nhl2121 dude, seriosly, Roy wasn't like hextall. he wasn't a good fighter, but he just would not let the team he's on get beat up in front of him. He had couage. Fuhr, never really fought.

Fuhr played for the most loaded team in NHL history and did nothing once he left it.
Wouldn't call him one of the greatest, he is the one that couldn't lace Roy's skates.
