Spot on - it's a generational thing isn't it (which always clouds your judgement). The fact is though that us and the 'Faith' generation are already way over the top and sliding rapidly down the other side.

EXCEPT - Faith's rendition of this great song, the arrangement, the instrumentation, orchestration and accompanying video make it one of the most amazing productions ever. Come on younger generation get with it !! - hehe (You'll be past it in a couple of months at the rate 'we're going!)

Agreed. It is pretty apparent that cassadee pope follows this version note for note. there is really nothing unique, interesting or special about cassadee's voice. I think a major factor in people's preferences here for either faith hill or cassadee is probably age. Kids around cassadee's age will relate more to her and prefer her.
