I live in this wonderful community & the Pigs are all scumbags. Considering that many of you wrote your comments recently & this took place almost 2 years ago, I guess you did NOT read the newspaper report about it. This victim of Pig Brutality was being SET FREE. The Pig took the cuffs OFF him. He was RELEASED. His friend & lawyer was standing off camera. The Victim was released & was trying to zip his jacket up but Officer Krupkee didn't like that because he didn't say "Mother may I?"

To the untrained eye this may look like excessive force.(It's not.) It's force necessary to overcome the non-compliant behavior. If you believe that one still has a free will to behave any which way one feels appropriate after being arrested and taken in for processing.. you're pretty stupid.. no.. wait... you may have a chromosome deficiency or abnormality. When you're arrested and under police custody, you lose control. End of story. Exhibiting behavior like this guy's is futile. So Lawyer UP!

A person can be searched as many times as he wants... Just because you tricked the cop once doesn't mean you're home free... He most certainly had something in his hand and/or was pulling something out of his pocket right before the cop grabbed him...
Anything after that you can not make a judgement call since you have no idea how he was moving against them in this footage

He tried to search his undergarments more than once demanded to search again before the guy buttoned up so the guy lunged at him gaining footing on the officer which in turn provoked the altercation. It's called overrreacting on both sides.

Where did you go to law school? Who says you cant search a suspect more than once? I dont care if 20 officers, before me, search a suspect, he will get searched again! I would recommend you go back and get your GED and become something other than an SSI rat!

you can clearly see as soon as the cop grabbed him (cuz he wanted to search him again which your not allowed to) he threw his hands behind his back.
