  • this is cool i am going to try this out. Elwin what are you opinions on eating fish? i am planning on cutting out most meats from my diet but i was thinking of keeping fish such as sardines, tuna and salmon in my diet. do you think it's good to continue to eat fish or not?

  • @MrLifewatcher good question, it can work fine, it depends. It's not optimal usually because it's still putrefaction in your gut, parasites, heavy metals. But it does have some benefit too. If you eat fish, eat the smaller ones like sardines, rather than bigger ones like tuna. they have a lot less heavy metals.

  • thank you, i love it, it really feels like it satisfies my need for fat in a very concentrated form.
