The Habanero Burger

Eating a burger with habanero peppers. They taste like burning. Cooking them releases a gas into the room that makes you cough and your eyes water much like tear gas; because it IS tear gas.
Over all, I'd rate them: tasty!

you removed the seeds i see, you also removed most of the insides,

you reduced the hotness of the peppers by about 80%. ;D

well they were grilled and it released something like teargas into the air that made everyone cough. Next time I guess I'll try to keep the seeds in. When I eat jalapenos I pull the seeds out too. I've eaten those seeds in and didn't find them any hotter. Maybe habaneros are different.
