I apologize in advanced for parts of this being out of focus, my camera doesn't automatically focus (it's a standard digital camera meant for leisure picture taking).

wire gauge - not sure, I bought it a long time ago (ask at an art's supply store what gauge size is good for earrings & wrapping)

Feathers & feather charm from the Dollar Store
Everything else (pliers, wire, earringwire) at either a local sewing shop or the Omer Deserres art store.

@scmasone2 if you know how to make one to start off with - you can always disinfect before using. Also, it depends what it's mad out of because some people have allergic reactions to certain metals.
