Anderson Spider Silva continues this move by continuing the agression, keeping that arm locked as you roll over your opponent.

*This was from a 2 Day Muay Thai and Brazilian JiuJitsu seminar with Anderson 'Spider' Silva and Antonio Minotauro Nogueira. Most of the demonstrations were from Nog since his english is so much better. Both fighers were very hands on, showing each pairing their mistakes and coaching them through the moves. i swear to god that i know a blackbelt in bjj who doesn't know this move which shows he has got good bjj when people say his bjj sucks they are just dick heads that shows nogueira is a good teacher.
