Loy9 :: Youth Civic Education and Participation Project

Loy9 is made by BBC Media Action -- formerly known as the BBC World Service Trust, and funded by UNDP. It aims to increase youth access to information about civic life and opportunities for participation. We work closely with the Ministry of Information, the National Committee for the Management of Decentralization and De-concentration Reform and Cambodia's National Election Committee, and with community groups all over Cambodia.

Loy9 is an entertaining and inspiring mass media campaign on TV, radio and online, that any young Cambodian can take part in. Loy9 is on CTN TV every Sunday at 8:00pm and repeated every Tuesday at 4:30pm on MyTV; on radio every Monday at 12 noon on FM 103 and its regional partner stations.
