Yep this version is tad more risky than the new version of the jailbreak but its sort of against what apple want but not illegal, and if you have problems and want to send to apple restore it and they wont know.

There are no risks with jailbreak. It's completely legal, it won't ruin your itouch. If anything does happen to your itouch, though, just plug it into iTunes and restore it.

SSH this will allow you to look at the local drive of your ipod via a pc program called WINSCP put WINSCP tutorial in youtube you will find help there
