  • @pimpguitar1 Nickelback eh?....a band can't sell out when they were shit to begin with.

  • Every Modest Mouse album has a different sound to it, and people forget they started out around 18 years old. Of course they're music changed, Isaac is nearing 40 years old. Not to mention his musical taste is also unique.

But everyone is such a belligerent dick, they forget obvious shit such as this. Modest Mouse is great.

  • @mdstmouse7 lol then why are you here

check out whale song or king rat

  • wont bother listening to this album either. Sure its opinionated but yah I think they have gotten worse. Reading through other comments on other music videos I havent seen so much discussion on how a band has gotten worse. So apparently there are a large number of us who agree modest mouse has seriously lost its touch.Happy they made enough amazing songs that i'll never stop listening to them. My fav song is edit the sad parts. Check out Ugly Casanova to see the earliest songs

  • @rockyrigby It's more like progressively more folk over the years, if that's "better" or not is completely subjective. Personally my favorite album is sad sappy sucker since I enjoy the DIY/punk sound and energy they had (despite being a fucking three piece band).

  • This is an awesome video..

    But to get more plans...

Just Go to Google, search for "Top Magnetic Generator" ...

Choose the First Result (Skip the Advertisements)

  • Listen to that sexy Baritone Saxophone it is simply amazing plus the even sexier Tenor Saxophone and the trombone and trumpet

    I LOVE THIS SONG

  • You can't expect a band to stay the same forever. They have to grow and change in order to get better, whether people like it or not. Personally, I've liked just about everything I've heard from Modest Mouse so far. I love it when indie bands change it up and when they become successful. People get too wound up over this 'selling out' shit.

  • @rockyrigby Bullshit. They've changed for sure, but they havent gotten better. "this is a long drive" is just as good (if not better) than "good news" or "we were dead". Its just modest mouse dog, they are who they are.

  • Selling your music off is not selling out...as long as you made that music for yourself, your friends, your bandies, and your fans. Going out of your way to MAKE music to target a group of people you know has cash is selling out (i.e. letting a record label tweak your music to sell more albums).
