  • yes it is Jon Butcher. Myron Grombacher from Pat Benetar on Drums and the Legendary Leland Sklar on Bass(Genesis, James Taylor, and 4000 others).

That was in New Jersey at Limerock Raceway park on the Hot Rod Power Tour.

I played with their band the Barefoot Servants for a deal we did with Gibson Custom to be a sponsor of the Power Tour.

  • Mark Dewey, of Ice Water Mansion, one of the best guitarists ever and a heck of a good man! :) We all miss you in upstate N.Y. Mark! After you left Ice Water Mansion for California, it just wasn't the same anymore. :( You were the spark that ignited the flame of Ice Water Mansion and without you, that flame, sadly, eventually just died out. :( Please post some more recent video's of you playing with your new band The Sprockets! No 25 second long teases, full length songs! :)

  • hi mark dewey......jj"s lil sis karla says hello!

  • hell, I remember mark and IWM back in the cork and bottle and also popeyes as well as a few other places. I can still remember mark warming up with the woody woodpecker ditty. lol ahhh the good ole days. guess my age is showing. remember not being able to get cinderella tickets, so I went to popeye's to see IWM instead. so happens that Fred Curry the drummer was from jonsoncity, and they came to popeyes after the arena show and played a few songs at popeye's...what a bonus night.

  • Yup, Sayre PA. I believe I got the poster when they played an outdoor gig at the Riverside Inn in Athens, must've been early summer '84.

  • you must be from the waverly ny or somewhere nearby region to remember that!!

ahh yes. the good ol cork and bottle days~

  • Holy shit!!!! I have an old Ice Water Mansion poster with Mark, back when they had coffee-can pars for lights. LOL!
