Just wanted to say I haven't cut for 48 days :) From once every day or more to none. Watching these videos have helped distract me and release the tension in a different way. I also finally found someone who truly is understanding and I can talk to even in a moment of crisis and they are there for me. I want to thank you for your videos and keep them up!
