hey well done on the taming, is there anything to read surtan pages for CAT? I never heard of it...
the pet store tells me I should take him / her out every day in order to tame the iguana while the typical iguana lover would say that I need to leave it alone for the first year or so, I am confused, what should I do?

@drremen There isn't a lot of information about C.A.T. outside the dog world where it is somewhat controversial. But you can google Kellie Snyder and Jesus Rosales Ruiz who invented it, and find their videos on Tawzer video. I recommend that you give your ig a few weeks to adjust to new surroundings and settle into a good routine. Then spend time each day hanging out with him without picking him up. Just get him used to you. Then try this C.A.T. approach. Gradually begin picking him up.

i got one more ? i just got done with a new cage for her she has been in there for like 2 weeks but know she dont like me to pick her up now do i do the 1-2-3 step again.

@jwt8884 Just start over with CAT like before. Reptiles need lots and lots of repetitions to build new habits. Also, be careful what type of patterns you are wearing on your clothes. I've discovered that when I wear a black and white, high contrast design shirt, Spot panics. As soon as I change shirts she is fine again.
